**please note: there are two versions of this insert. One version includes the adhesive on the backside of the insert. If you have this insert,first press your design, then remove the backing from the adhesive and carefully place on the case. *if the case also has adhesive, remove backing from the case as well

Suggested Heat Press Setting:

• 385°F
• 45-60 seconds
• remove protective film before pressing
• adjust settings as needed based on your equipment
